Joolz & Adam would like to welcome you to Oak Farm, which we purchased in December 2018. In September 2020 we decided to demolish a derelict outbuilding and build 3 luxury cottages, which we opened for business in May 2021. We are delighted with the cottages and hope you will enjoy the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Acorn Cottage is 965sqft and sleeps 6 (1xKing, 1xDouble, 2xSingle), Willow Cottage is 947sqft and sleeps 4 (2xKing) and Beech Cottage is 640sqft and sleeps 4 (2xDouble).

Each cottage has a separate secure garden, T.V, WIFI, parking for 2 cars, shower (no bath) and is pet friendly (usually 1 dog). There is also a large field in front of the cottages for recreation/dog walking.
